RESERVATIONS BY E-MAIL!

With this feature, we are about to inaugurate ticket reservations on-line. Since this is an experiment, we reserve the right to limit the number of shows and the amount of reservations that will be accepted. Here is how it works:

When you see a show on the schedule that you want to attend, you can take advantage of this service by e-mailing us at BLTMailbox@aol.com. Include your name, the show(s) you want to see, whether it is the early or late show, and the amount of tickets you want held for you at the box office. Shows on the website schedule that have the notation SOLD ONLY AT BOTTOM LINE BOX OFFICE OR BY MAIL are NOT available for e-mail reservation and can be purchased only at the Bottom Line box office or by mail order. You may purchase these tickets up to and including the night of the performance. On the night of the show, come to the box office, indicate you are on the e-mail reservation list and pay for the tickets. The box office accepts cash only - no checks or credit cards. Your tickets will only be held until 7:00 PM for the early show and 10:00 PM for the late show for the night of the show. If the tickets are not picked up by that time, they will be released and sold.

E-mail reservations will only be accepted until noon of the day of the show. The same applies to cancelling or modifying the reservations. Once you have gotten a written confirmation from us, then you know that your reservation has been received and confirmed. If you do not get one, then there is no guarantee that we received your reservation. If you have not heard from us 48 hours after e-mailing your reservation. At that point, please resend your confirmation. Athough reservations are only accepted until noon, tiickets are always on sale upto and through showtime at the box office. Please note that the e-mail reservation is for tickets only, not for a table. Seating, as always, is on a first come, first seated basis.

By allowing you to reserve your ticket on-line, we are taking those tickets out of circulation and the tickets are specifically held for you; therefore, they could not be sold to anyone but you. If you fail to pick up your tickets, or fail to cancel your reservations on time, we will not accept any future e-mail reservations from you.

We look forward to working with you to make this experiment a success. As usual, tickets are sold the old fashioned way, at the Bottom Line Box Office from 10 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, or by mail order.
